With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and melted chocolate (or use 3 Tbsp. cocoa mixed with about a tablespoon of melted butter). When all the above is thoroughly combined, beat in each egg, one at a time, beating for two minutes after each egg is incorporated, to make it light and fluffy. Pour immediately into the graham cracker crust, and pop into the fridge to chill thoroughly. Before serving, you may garnish it with any of the toppings mentioned above - or use your imagination for others!
