1 medium cauliflower
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Clean cauliflower and drizzle with oil.
Cover it with seasoning
Roast at 400 for 35 minutes or until fork tender
Cheese Sauce :
4 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Italian season
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
Heat heavy cream and add seasonings and mustard.
Once the cream starts to bubble, add the grated cheese and whisk together.
Pour over hot cauliflower
