Suggest a better descriptionPlace egg whites in small mixing bowl. Whip until whites are stiff but not dry. Combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, flour, celery seeds and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Fold cheese mixture into beaten egg whites. Form 2 teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Roll in crumbs, then sprinkle with paprika. Fry in hot fat (400 degrees) one at a time, until golden brown, about 2 minutes, drain. Serve piping hot. Makes about 14 cheese puffs.
