Creamy and delicious cheese spread.
Semi-melt the bleu cheese in the microwave (approx 40 sec)
Put blue cheese into mixing bowl, add 1 pkg of cream cheese.
Mix with electric mixer on high until completely blended.
After the blue cheese and cream cheese are completely blended,
add both jars of Old English cheese, the second pkg of cream cheese,
vinegar and garlic powder. Blend with electric mixer on high until completely
blended. It will become lighter in color and "fluffy". The more you mix, the fluffier it gets.
Store in fridge.
