combine dry ingredients: cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add cgeesem abd cibtubye blendinguntil dough isn't crumbly. Form into ball.
Use cookie gun to shape dough, or divide into fourths on waxed paper, roll each into retangle 1/3 inch thick. use pastry wheel to cut into strips w/2 inch wideand 4 inches long
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Store in airticht container, placing waxed paper between layers. These Freece well.
