Mix hamburger, ketchup, onion, and frozen cauliflower and cheese sauce. Transfer mixture to crock pot.
Stir in pasta. Cover and cook until hamburger is done. On High, 3-4 hrs. or on low for 7-8 hrs..
Add scallions and cheese wedges, breaking the wedges into pieces, and thoroughly stir. Dig in!
