1 This recipe makes a basic brownie extra special by adding adelicious layer of cheesecake on top. Kids of all sizes will love this treat.
2 Ready-to-Spread chocolate frosting, optional
3 Preheat oven to 350°.
4 Prepare brownie mix as package directs.
5 Spread into well-greased13x9-inch baking pan.
6 In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine andcornstarch until fluffy.
7 Gradually beat in condwnsed milk then egg andvanilla until smooth.
8 Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter.
9 Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool.
10 Spreadwith frosting if desired.
11 Cut into bars.
12 Store covered inrefrigerator.
13 Tip: To create a fun new look to this recipe, add a coupleof drops of red, green or other color of food coloring to the cheesecake mixtureand proceed as above
