Suggest a better descriptionPreheat 350 (F). Crush Graham crackers to fine crumbs. Melt the butter and add to the Graham crackers along with 3 tbsp sugar. Afterwards, press into a pie dish and bake for 3 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 325. Put the cream cheese, remaining sugar, and eggs in a mixer on medium setting for 7 minutes, or until smooth *adding eggs 1 at a time*. Next, fill the crust with the cream cheese mixture, bake for 30 minutes, and check it. It is done whenever it juggles only slightly. If it is still not done, continue baking checking every five minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes, then cover and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve cold with toppings of choice
