-Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in bowl; mix well. Press in bottom of foil-lined spring form pan (9"-10"). Bake for 5 minutes.
-Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream in a mixing bowl in the order listed. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spoon into cooled, baked layer.
-Bake for 20 minutes at 375. Turn off oven and let stand in CLOSED oven for 1 hour.
-Chill until serving and remove side of pan.
(My oven baked faster so I lower the oven temp to 350 and bake for 22-23 minutes.)
