Suggest a better description1.Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan-forced.
2.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Mix first four ingredients and form into 4 rissole shapes.
3.Wrap two pieces of bacon around each rissole, making a cross shape. Secure with toothpicks.
4. Heat the oil in a large pan over moderate heat. Add rissoles, and cook for 3 minutes each side until browned.
5. Transfer to prepared tray. Remove and discard toothpicks.
6.Top each rissole with a slice of cheese. Bake for ten minutes or until cooked through and golden.
