Great recipe....it was a tad bland, could use a bit more seasoning
Oven @ 350. Spray 9 x 13 pan.
Brown HB in stock pot, drain, set aside. In stock pot, heat oil, saute onion and green peppers 5-10 minutes. Add tomatoes (I only used 1 can petite diced and then 2 cans sauce and 1 small can sauce). Add corn, garlic powder and S&P. Boil, reduce heat, then simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice and hamburger.
Pour casserole into pan. Top with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes.
