Suggest a better descriptionPreheat over to 425 Degrees. Prepare pie shell. Spread half of cherry pie filling in the bottom. set rest of filling aside. Bake shell for 15 mins, or just until crust is golden; remove from over. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees. Mean while in a small bowl with hand mixer, beat cheese with sugar and eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over hot cherry pie filling. Bake 25 mins.
Cool completely on wire rack top with other 1/2 of pie filling. Refrigerate until gone.
