Suggest a better descriptionPreheat over to 350. Grease pan. Combine crumbs & butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9" springform pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl. Add to cream cheese and mix on low each (to remove all air bubbles). Repeat with each egg. Add melted chocolate chips; beat well. **Do not overmix** Add cream and vanilla; beat well. REST Batter 15 min to release air bubbles. Pour into pan. Surround bottom with heavy duty foil up sides of outside of pan. Place into a shallow pan filled with some water (that is already sitting in oven) Bake 55 min. or until center is set. (Or try cooking 45-50 min when it is slightly underdone. Turn oven off and let cook as it is cooling. Cool completely in oven. ) Cool; Chill. Top with cherry filling & garnish with whipped topping.
