Suggest a better description1. Add the flaxseeds and water to a food processor and stir by hand, allowing it to sit for 5 minutes to gel.
2. Add half the oats, all the dates, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt to the food processor and blend on high until all are well combined.
3. Add in the remaining oats and chocolate, and stir in using a spoon until well combined.
4. Press firmly into a 8 x 12” (20 x 30 cm) baking dish.
5. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm.
6. Remove from the fridge, cut, and enjoy!
Storage
Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
