Suggest a better descriptionPull out cream cheese to soften about 1 hour. Sauté onion mushrooms and spinach. Spray 9x13 pan. Place chicken boobs in 9x13 pan. Spread sautéed veggies over top of chicken. Cover with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Whisk chicken broth& cream cheese together and pour over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 min. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20 min. Sprinkle 8oz of mozzarella and bake until golden brown.
