Chicken and Egg Noodles
,CHICKEN & NOODLES
2-3 chicken breasts (1 lb)
3 chicken boullion cubes
Grandma's Egg Noodles
Boil 6 cups of water with the 3 chicken boullion cubes
Add chicken breasts, boil for 30-45 minutes (until chicken is cooked and somewhat soft)
Pull chicken out of water (leave water in the pan) and shred chicken
Place shredded chicken back in water and set to boil again
Add Grandma's Egg noodles, continue to boil until noodles are soft
Add salt and pepper to taste!
Your mixture should be somewhat thick. If it's not, pull some of the water/chicken boullion out of the pan and mix a little bit of flour into it (make sure you stir it up completely, no lumps) and add back to your mixture, this should thicken it up.
