Mix all ingredients together except the butter and croutons.
Melt butter and mix with croutons for the topping. Sprinkle topping on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Keep covered with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes to prevent the croutons from burning.
