Suggest a better description1. In a medium size bowl, whisk together - broth, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes and set aside.
2. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet or wok and heat over medium high heat.
3. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet.
6. Add broccoli, bell pepper and carrots and cook. Stir occasionally, just until crisp tinder.
7. Add ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.
8. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine.
9. Whisk stir fry sauce and pour over chicken and vegetables.
10. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally, for one minute.
11. Serve with rice.
