Low carb, quick and easy. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and cooked a few days later.
Preheat oven to 350 if baking immediately.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and spices and mix thoroughly.
Combine the cream cheese mixture with the chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 the bacon and mix well.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick and spread the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and bacon on top.
Bake, uncovered, until hot bubbling and cheese is browned. About 35 minutes.
