Lovely, easy one pot supper. Use skinless chicken or leftover roast chicken if you want
Heat the oil in a large ovenproof pan, brown the chicken and remove when done.
Add the onion, bacon and leek and sweat of until the onion is soft.
Add the chicken back to the pan, stir in the flour and cook out for a few minutes.
Add cider stock and apple and bring to a boil, add the potatoes and apples and simmer for 50 mins or until cooked through and finish with creme fraiche and chopped parsley
