-Dice the onions , tomatoes,ginger ,garlic cloves
-Mix the garlic ginger,cloves together add them to butter in big hot utensil and sauté (for around 10mins)
-Add tomatoes,onions ,Pandan two long pieces
-Add Briyani mixture together with all spices mentioned above
Mix Mix Mix Mix
-Add the chicken cubes
-mix mix Mix
-cook add some water for chicken to boil
After cooked add tomatoe sauce and mix
Add everything to rice and mix Mix alittle by little
Side dishes best for biryani , fried egg , salad (eg: cucumber,tomato salad with Mayo)
