Suggest a better description1. Mix water, salt, paprika and onion powder. Mix thoroughly till salt blends in. Pour over chicken breast and let sit for 1 hour (basically the longer the better)
2. To back in slow cooker Dispose of brine (do not rinse off the chicken) put chicken in a slow cooker put butter on top of chicken and cook on low for 3 hrs check intern temp of 160 f.
