Chicken Broccoli Casserole
White Sauce:
Mix margarine, flour chicken broth, and milk. Simmer on stove until sauce thickens.
Chop broccoli and cook slightly.
Brown or boil the chicken breasts to precook.
Layer in casserole dish the chicken, mushrooms and broccoli. Pour white sauce on top and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
