easy
1. Use only the brocolli flowets chopped up.
2. Meanwhile blend together soup, mayo and curry. In 1 1/2 quart casserole put the raw chopped broccoli, a few butter dabs, squeeze lime juice over top. Layer boneless chicken breasts on top.
3. Mix soup with milk until creamy and add mayo and curry to taste - not too liquidy. Pour sauce over chicken. Salt and pepper
4. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 375 or 400 degrees. Watch it and be sure chicken is cooked.
