Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9x13 with cooking spray and add burritos. Create a tight fit (you may have to cut some.) Scatter the chicken over the top. Mix milk, soup and 1 cup cheese and olives. Pour over chicken and burritos. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Cool slightly and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
