Suggest a better descriptionRemove skin from thighs. In pot add butter and chicken skin. Fry then add wine, scrape bits. Reserve chicken fat. Add oil and butter to pan brown chicken thighs. Remove and scape bits. Add onion and pepper and cook down add mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes add chicken fat by tablespoon. Add seasoning garlic and bacon bits cook until you can smell it. Dust flour on vegetables until slightly thickened. Add crushed tomatoes simmer for half hour. Add chicken back to pot and simmer one and a half hours. Add half cup chicken broth and simmer five minutes
