I recommend doubling the recipe
I recommend buying a rotisserie chicken and carving it and using it for your chicken.
1 can of water means take one of the cream of soup cans and fill it with water.
Cut chicken into bit size pieces.
Add all the ingredients into a pan 12 inches across and 3-4 inches deep.
Cook on medium to low heat until it starts to plop/boil.
Once it starts to do that turn to low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes (until that rice is cooked).
Stir occasionally.
Let sit for 2 minutes.
If you want to add fried onions on top for a little extra flavor!
