A super-fast dish and sneaky way to introduce a few veges into a tasty kids meal!
Mix olive oil, teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and ginger in a bowl. Slice chicken breasts into 1cm strips, lightly pour half oil mix over them and rub in. Pour the rest into a hot wok, coat surface, add cashews and fry briefly, then stir-fry chicken for approx. 4 mins.
Put brocolli, celery, corn, mange tout in a covered bowl and microwave for 2 mins. Add vegetables to the chicken, continue to stir-fry.
Add noodles, stir fry for a final two minutes. Serve, garnish with coriander.
