Slow Cooker Recipe
Throw all ingredients into crock pot or slow cooker. Heat on low for 5 hours (or high for 4 hours). Remove chicken breasts and set on plate to cool. After they are cool, shred them and return the shredded chicken to continue cooking for 3 more hours on low (2 on high).
Garnish with shredded cheese or sour cream! Goes great with cornbread.
