2. Mix shredded or cubed chicken, cream cheese, celery, and onion.
3. When removing crescent rolls from package, leave together so that two crescent rolls form a square. This will leave you with 4 croissants. Squash down each crescent roll pair until it forms a square.
4. Put chicken mixture into center.
5. Bring up each corner and secure together.
6. Dip upside down in melted butter or brush with butter.
7. Sprinkle with croutons.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour on a cookie sheet.
9. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
