put olive oil in pan and start heating. Add minced garlic and let it get fragrant. Add chicken and saute ~2 minutes before adding sliced onion and pepper. Saute in pan another 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add garlic herb marinade (I used Lowry's) and toss slightly.
Serve on lettuce bed, inside a pita pocket (whole wheat are my favorite) or in a tortilla.
