Suggest a better descriptionCombine all spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and toss to coat. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken when oil shimmers. Cook stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer to serving bowl.
Place 1/2 cup Rice in each bowl. Top with one quarter of red onion, red pepper, avocado, pickled jalepeno and 3 ounces of chicken. Garnish each with Pico, a lime wedge and a sprig of cilantro.
