Suggest a better descriptionMarinated chicken in ingredients for 10 min......dab meat to dry.
Add Chicken to 1 tbsp. of oil in a skillet.....stir fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat
Add more oil to skillet and add onions and peppers.....stir fry for 1-2 minutes
pour marinade in skillet......stir for 30 secs then put chicken back until heated up
Serve with beans, sour cream, salsa and cheese
