Suggest a better descriptionHeat enough oil in a large skillet to cover half the chicken about a quater inch (oil should be extremely hot, enough to brown a side in about a minute). set oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 6 ingredients and mix to combine. Set aside. Crack eggs in a bowl and mix well. Pound out chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick. Cover with the seasoned flour and then dip into the eggs. Put the chicken in the hot oil and brown each side for about a minute. Transfer to a baking sheet with a cooling rack and place in oven for 10-15 minutes until done.
