Suggest a better descriptionPut the chicken, onion, citron and laurel into a pot.
Add water until it cover the chicken. Cover with a lid and bring to boil. Cook for an hour. Take out the chicken and let it cool. Remove the meat.
Boil the rice.
Fry onions, apples and carrots. Add curry and fry a little longer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken and mix together.
Mix skyr and curry. Add salt and pepper to taste.
When the rice is finished add the raisins and grapes while it still is warm.
Smear the dishes with the skyr and curry mix. Add the chicken mix. Add the rice.
