Makes 10 skewers enough for about 4-5 adults
1. If using bamboo skewers soak in water
2. Cut all ingredients to like sizes. Keep Tomatoes and Mushrooms whole.
3. Put all ingredients in a bowl covered with Italian dressing (about 1/2 bottle)
4. Place ingredients by alternating on the skewers.
5. Put remaining dressing on top of skewers.
Can let set in the fridge until ready to grill.
