Zesty marinade for chicken

Place garlic cloves on a cutting board sprinkle with salt and use a knife to mash and scrape into smooth paste.
Add to a large bowl along with oil, juices, and spices, and mix to combine.
Transfer half to a small bowl; set aside.
Add chicken breast pieces to the large bowl and toss to coat; let sit for 5 minutes.
Thread onto small skewers and broil or grill until cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with reserved sauce.
I used precooked chicken and just broiled it without skewers. The marinade might work on chicken strips or breasts too.
