In a food processor, combine avocado, mushrooms, EVOO, minced garlic and seasoning. Add additional EVOO if you would like the sauce more creamy.
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spread chicken breast pieces on the pan and drizzle with avocado alfredo sauce. Top with sliced almonds.
Add asparagus spears to the same baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes and serve warm.
