Place parchment paper on baking sheet, and spread out chips.
Cover chips with chicken cut into small pieces.
Cover chicken with cheese.
Bake in oven until cheese melts to your liking.
Remove from oven, separate onto plates, and top with salsa, sour cream, and your favorite hot sauces.
