Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Melt butter and sauté chicken, onion and mushrooms. Drain all liquid off the mixture. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Combine chicken mixture with sauce and pour into casserole dish. Bake, uncovered in 400 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
