Boil chicken 45 min to 1 hour. Reserve broth to make gravy and take out bay leaves. Mix cream cheese, soup, chicken, and cheeses. Fill pizza pocket dough. (Chicken mixture freezes well.)
Pizza Pocket Dough
(Makes about 15 pastries)
1 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 cup water
3 cups flour
Mix ingredients. Roll out dough. Cut into 5 inch circles. Fill pastry shells (2 Tbs), fold in half and crimp sides to make a pastry. Roll in Italian bread crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 15 min.
To make gray either add chicken gray mix to chicken broth or mix in flour to thicken. Mix 10 tablespoons of flour in 1/2 cup water and add to Chicken broth then boil.
