Simple quick and delicious Italian Calzone
The night before, thaw one loaf of Bridgeford frozen bread dough in the refrigerator.
The day of: Roll out bread dough into a wide rectangle. Spread alfredo sauce down the middle of the dough. Cook Chicken and dice. Mix pesto sauce with the diced chicken and spread mixture down the middle of the dough. Sprinkle with Feta, Mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Make 1 inch cuts down each side of the dough. Pull the strips together to the middle of the dough and overlap. (Forming a braid down the middle to close the calzone). Brush outside of dough with butter. Bake for 25 Minutes at 350.
