Chicken pizza
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 450. Spread tomato sauce in 9x13 baking dish.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt & pepper. Spread Parmesan in shallow dish, then coat chicken with Parmesan. Put on top of tomato sauce and bake 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and pepperoni . Increase temp to 475 and continue to bake until cheese melts and meat registers 160. About 5 min more.
