prehreat oven to 400.
precook chicken in a skillet on med heat with a little olive oil, season to ur preference. while this is cooking crisp the tops of the bread in oven just enough to crisp it, not too much or it will burn. when it is crisped spread a generous amount of marina sauce on each slice of bread, or just one side if u are gonna make a sandwhich out of it. layer peperoni, and chicken ontop of sauce, sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven for about five mins, just enough to melt the cheese.
it feeds more if u do two separate pieces of bread. great for parties etc. but for just a family meal it works out perfect to just layer everything on one piece of bread and then top it with the other. great hot sandwhich.
