I like to serve this with Uncle Ben's Original Rice Recipe and steamed carrots.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up the chicken into small pieces, removing any fat from the edges. Place the creamed cheese in a bowl and set aside. In a skillet, combine olive oil, worcestershire sauce, cooking wine, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken to skillet and cook thoroughly. Once chicken is cooked, add to bowl with cream cheese and mix together. On a greased cookie sheet, lay out eight crescent triangles flat. Divide cream cheese/chicken into eight equal portions and spoon onto the triangles. Place remaining crescent triangles on top of the chicken mixture and pinch the edges together. Brush each triangle pocket with melted butter and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven when golden. While pockets are cooking warm 1/2 can of milk with 1 can of cream of chicken soup in a medium saucepan. Serve pockets and sauce seperately.

This dish was served at a dinner party Joel and I attended while we were living in Lee's Summit, Missouri. It is one of our favorite dishes.
