Suggest a better descriptionBring chicken stock to boil, add quinoa and rinse and drain beans, heat oil, add garlic make it brown, then add beans, stirring occasionally until heated through. Set beans aside. Cook chicken in frond , then same with spinach. When quinoa has absorbed the stock, add salt pepper and chili powder and beans, stir gently, serve all. Good with ranch.
