Preheat oven to 325?
Grease casserole dish. Combine soups, milk and rice. Place in dish. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Place chicken on top of rice mix. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly and bake for 2 hours.
Crock pot variation - use boneless chicken breast. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
