This is a great recipe that can be "doctored up" to taste. Best smothered with campbell's cream of chicken or mushroom soup.
Shred cooked chicken breasts and add to large mixing bowl. Add peas, 1c shredded cheddar, 2/3 of the cream of chicken soup and any other veggies you would like to add (like carrots, onion, etc..). Stir ingredients and set aside.
Flatten each crescent roll triangle and fill with a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture. fold over edges to seal each roll and place in a baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl combine remaining soup and cheese. Add milk, stir well. Pour this mixture over roll-ups in baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
