Suggest a better descriptionTo prepare the sauce add all the ingredients to a jug and whisk together then set aside.
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions and run under cold water to stop the cooking process then set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over a high heat and fry the garlic and red chilli pepper for a minute or so.
Add the cubed chicken and fry until just starting to turn brown (around a minute or so).
Add the red bell pepper and fry for a minute.
Add the bean sprouts and fry until softened.
Add the sauce and simmer until thickened slightly (around a minute or so).
Quickly add the noodles and stir everything around to coat the noodles then serve.
