Easy and delicious
Place chicken Breast between plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thin with heavy mallet making sure you do not tear breast
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare 3 bowls one for egg mixture one for flour and one for Brest crumbs
Dredge chicken breast in flour then eggs then bread crumbs coat evenly
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to help keep coating on when frying. (Tip not required)
Heat oil over medium heat
Brown chicken breast slightly in oil then place breast in a shallow baking dish (you can fry until done and omit this step)
Bake chicken in oven 350 degrees or until done.
In a separate skillet melt butter then add mushrooms sauté about 5 minutes on medium heat until brown
Salt pepper to taste
Add crushed garlic sauté about 3 minutes
Add chicken broth reduce to 2/3 cup over 5 minutes
Add Worcester sauce summer 3 minutes
Remove from heat let rest and cool 2 minutes
Add Sour Cream blend until creamy
Serve over chicken breast adding parley on top for garnish
